• Opened items that involve direct food contact (e.g., peelers, graters, cutting tools) for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Gift cards or digital downloads.

Return Process

1. Email support@kitchenhackstools.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Return Shipping

• Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until the refund is processed.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
